Hi all
Especially you Clarinet gurus’ Just bought and re-padded a Buffet B13 ebonite clarinet, this is my first B13 after buying countless B12’s (I love em!) Seems to be a quality horn, and after the servicing it plays very similar to the B12 and much superior to the Indonesian Yamaha aimed at similar punters or of course Jupiter and other generic rubbish. Apparently (news to me) there is now a B16? I haven’t seen one as yet, have you? have learnt they are German. Anyway, will blow the B13 a few more times and see..... I think they are still German or France, perhaps you may know? She is listed on the website for $420 Also have in stock these wonderful ’Step Up Clarinets : Selmer (France) series 10, wooden (same as I have played since 1981) price coming : Buffet E11 (Germany) wooden, silver keys, immaculate $1,250 : LeBlanc ‘Noblet (France) wooden, completely re-stored, looks great, $900 : Conn ‘77 (USA) a great little agony pole, wooden, good for doubler not looking to spend a lot of money $900 : LeBlanc ‘Normandy (France) wooden, nickel keys, fully serviced, currently on hold, see website called ‘Norm $750 pass the word I’ve got a couple more used Bass Clarinets on their way from Europe ..will be a little while Cheers Mick
